Project 335 Development

  • Project 335 announces a 155 acre commercial, distribution, and warehousing development in Amarillo Texas. The development is located on the northwest corner of South Loop 335 and Osage Street.
  • The initial development will create 80,000 square feet of commercial office space along Osage Street. 
  • Project 335 Building 2 will be 100,000 square feet of speculative suites ranging from 8,600 square feet to 42,000 square feet that is suited for office and warehouse space.
  • The building will have 28-foot clear height, dock high doors and oversized loading ramps.
  • There will be 1 acre lots for sale along Osage as well as larger parcels in the interior.
  • In the future, when TXDOT has finished the overpass, there will be Loop 335 facing lots for sale including the corner five acre lot.
