335 BUSINESS CENTER

335 Business Center is the result of a deep affection for South Amarillo and the people who live and work here. Derek and Steve Carter had a vision in 2015 of a Business Center on South 335 Loop, in Amarillo, Texas. The South Loop was in the early stages of expansion and showed a lot of potential to ease the strain on I-40 Truck traffic coming through town.

A 155-acre parcel located on the North-West corner of South Osage street and South Loop 335 became available in 2016.

After 4 years of working with Fema on flood plain and drainage studies and 2 years with the city of Amarillo creating the plat Map, we are ready to get started.

We want to thank GDI for all of their help with engineering and the thousand other questions answered. Thanks also to Citizens Bank for their help with financing and Matt Brooks for his help with covenants and other legal issues.
